Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I've been at Meltwater for a long time and have seen the good, the bad & the ugly. Although senior leadership is coming in and doing good things for the business (Ex: Partners program) they do not care about anyone at the company and are really driving culture in the opposite direction of what it once was.
They are also unbelievably disconnected from the product and what Meltwater even does, so when they are telling us how to do things they honestly just sound like idiots which makes it incredibly demotivating to work for people who haven't even or won't even take the time to understand what we do, but are simply driving their own initiatives to get their paycheck as soon as they can.
