Hard push for quarterly sales leads to lack of strategic focus and ends up with a fire sales every quarter. Leadership varies widely but overall company culture is very toxic

Loved the people I worked with and my managers, but the base pay was absolute garbage and I got no base pay raise even with a promotion.
