They have no idea what they are doing.. Does not feel like they care about their employees at all. Constant, and seemingly unthoughtful change with no direction or reason whatsoever. It feels like leadership has lost touch with the employees and the market. Turnover is SO HIGH. People are coming and going constantly. This place used to be an absolute dream. But it is not that anymore. Classic turn and burn.

My overall experience of Podium was very poor. Leadership is mediocre and the culture they create is damaging.

Product market fit is great however they make promises they cannot deliver on which is what has caused their sales org to churn at 100% over one year. In summary, great product but poor culture/leadership that is dragging them down.
