Inbound Flow: We're not pulling in new business like we should. Need to rethink our approach to get things moving. Management Situation: Our leaders seem a bit lost in handling the economic downturn. They need some support or a shake-up to get things back on track. Morale: Team morale is in the dumps. We've got to find ways to boost spirits and make the workplace more positive. Product Standstill: Our products haven't evolved in 5 years. It's time for a serious rethink and some innovation.

SurveyMonkey is a great product if you need to send a survey; unfortunately, the company tried to make it into a "sticky", enterprise-level platform, and it just didn't work. They've been bought by private equity and the compensation structure no longer makes sense or is attainable.
