It's an interesting year for SaaS and Zendesk is definitely feeling the impact. Some reps are hitting and exceeding quota and many are struggling to hit. If you get a big deal or have several good accounts, you will hit quota, but if you have a tougher territory, you will struggle. I'm sure this is a similar theme across all SaaS companies at the moment. Overall, close rates are down and sales cycles are lasting longer.
