Ryan from RepVue here.  We've recently added 'Business Unit' as an option to our ratings, is it appropriate at ADP to use Employer Services, PEO Services as Business Units? Is the sales org/leadership different between these or do reps sell across products/units?

SBS - small business services 0-50 ee
MAS CORE 1 - 50-149ee
MAS CORE 2 Up Market -150-999ee
NAS - national accounts
GES - global enterprise

There are various business units at ADP. There is Small Business, Mid - Market, enterprise, retirement, worker’s compensation, peo, comprehensive services, r+d, work market, and so many others.

Yes, the business unit is called ADP TotalSource. Which is their Professional Services Organization (PEO).

Yes, different business units have different orgs they bubble up to. Some products and BUs will cross sell but the revenue is split back to their respective orgs and commissions are paid accordingly with that BU comp plan.

Small Business Services (SBS) - 1-49 employees
Major Accounts (MAS) Core - 50-149 employees
Major Accounts (MAS) UpMarket - 150-999 employees
National Accounts (NAS) - 1,000+ employees
Global Enterprise (GES) - global accounts
Comprehensive Services (BPO) - shared services/true outsourcing
PEO - ADP TotalSource
Retirement - 401k/403b Recordkeeping
Worker's Compensation - Pay by Pay WC coverage
Health & Benefits - Group Plan Healthcare Coverage for smaller companies
WorkMarket - 1099 Contractor management

Reps are assigned to one of the business units above but can also sell across (with a partner rep).
