Culture is good until push comes to shove then quickly devolves to toxic due to a lack of structure.
Leadership is nonexistent. Managers and VPs of sales had little to NO sales experience. Weekly one on ones were completed useless and nonexistent for multiple months.
Pay is way below par. I received a 50% pay increase after leaving. (After receiving a raise might I add)
Overall would not recommend due to pay not being at all adequate for the work load.
