HubSpot has pivoted from the anti-SalesForce to being SF2.0 - smaller territories, more pressure, fewer leads and fewer upsell opportunities.

A Sr. leader basically came out and said every rep going to Pclub should be bringing their computer and taking calls (in a totally different time zone) if they care about their jobs.

They’ve also started to show growth through sheer force of will (hiring at higher clip) versus ensuring a healthy % of reps are hitting their number.

Pretty sure it’s the same for all SaaS organizations in this economy, but there’s more pressure than before and less inbound leads so cold prospecting has become more important.

Miserable. Still held to MONTHLY quotas. Quota has increased twice this year alone even with the current economic client and org wide attainment problems.
