Extremely tough interview process with a full day dedicated to being in the office and a 4 hour cold-call blitz. If you don’t book 3 meetings within the 4 hours, they can’t hire you. The interview process is the true culture of the company, if you don’t like the environment, you probably shouldn’t work there.

Very tough interview process. First intervew is with the recruiter, second is with the sales manager, third is with the regional manager. Then you show up to the office, give a 15-30 minute presentation on Paycom - they send you a power point to use.  Then right after, from 9-12 your on the phone calling prospects. If you dont book 3 appointments, they cant hire you.    This is the exact process. Its possible, as many do it, including me, but you better be ready to keep it up, because your time here will be at the same pace. Its a rough gig, with many wash outs.
