Palo has become a toxic place to work. It is Cisco 2.0 and failing. The leaders ask for input to not listen to anyone. With the slow down of the economy. They hired a bunch of sales leader who do not even know what a firewall does. The company will steal your sales and screw you over in 1 minute. When you add to a customer contract mid-cycle and coterm the deal with less than 12 months left in the contract, and then renew the entire contract for 12 months or more, how are sales reps credited and paid?

What types of levers are Palo Alto typically open to moving on during comp negotiations (OTE, RSUs, signing bonus, etc...) I've been told there's no flexibility on the equity number benchmarked, and is is very low relative to the market. Any insight is appreciated.
