~25% of sales reps achieved their quota over the past few years and there were ~3 commission tiers 0-100% of quota Over ~7-years across 2 private equity owners, there has been a consistent lack of proper investment and because of this, among other problems, everything continues to fall to the sales reps As a sales rep, you can expect very limited support and production from Marketing (including Field Marketing), Sales Development, Channel/Partner Ecosystem, etc... As an example, in 2023, there was 1 SDR supporting ~25 Enterprise/Strategic Account Execs.
