pros: great place to sell especially in today's market - strong PMF and brand recognition. quotas are high but attainable. culture of excellence and ownership, seems to be good career progression cons: base/OTEs could be higher and work life balance is a bit blurry (startup life)

Deel has been a fantastic company to work for. There have been growing pains, like any successful startup, but the one thing about Deel is we iterate every single day. Whether that be the product, process, etc, and it continues to improve

Deel is a very fast-paced company with big goals. I've only had start-up experience and while the other companies had big dreams, they didn't have the funding.
