This place is not only filled with “frat bros” and condescending rude people who look for ways to NOT help you when you need it, but also, the VP completely lied to myself and the entire team I started with saying we would be hybrid employees only Tues and thurs then one month later forcing us back into the office. This company is a “communications” company when they can’t even figure out how to communicate to each other. No one ever knows the “process” or what’s going on because there is none! My direct manager who just replaced the one that straight up walked out one day has zero and I mean ZERO people skills. The vp of sales is also a huge waste, he comes in barks orders at everyone and completely demoralizes all of his managers and employees when he gets the opportunity aka (not hitting quota not bringing in deals) maybe if the product itself wasn’t such garbage then it would be easier to sell to mid market companies. This company has set their new hires and employees up to fail and I wish them absolutely no future success.
