The two positive answers are 100% from ZI leadership, as directed by the company. ZoomInfo's culture is possibly the single worst in software. It's a sweatshop.

From someone who has been here for 6+ years in a selling row it’s clear that the culture has declined significantly in the last several years. Horrible work/life balance and leadership leads with fear. While the product is great, the company culture is a 1/10 would not recommend this to anyone looking for a change, there are far better software companies out there to work for.

"Never lose alone." From the very top, CEO level down, everyone is willing to engage and assist. You can ask Henry, the CEO, to join a customer call or send an email and he will do so gladly.  That same mentality is found pretty much everywhere at ZoomInfo, everyone is willing to help. That spirit of collaboration is my favorite part about the culture.

From an executive level you’re lead by the “smartest guys in the room.” The single best thing in my opinion from being here for almost ten years in the senior leadership (legacy DiscoverOrg) and approach from the executives that have been brought on post ZI acquisition. In all my time here I’ve never heard of a strategy move, etc that jarred with my sensibilities. Rather, usually it would be a front row seat to corporate genius stuff. I’m not a kool aid guy and it just is what it is.
