I know Enterprise is a work in progress but that there's "new leadership". That's often lip service from recruiters who are motivated to place candidates, so what's Enterprise really look like in a year or two? Is there opportunity or are they better focusing on mid-market/SMB?
More QuestionsIs taking PTO frowned upon even if you hit metrics and quota?This site says 50% of ENT AEs at Motive hit their number, that's pretty good. Is that true?
I also hear numbers are not just quota related, there are KPIs that management can put you on PIPs for, is that true as well? I have interest being an ENT AE here...
